This auction will be held to use its proceeds to satisfy the Plaintiff, in whole or in part, as the case may be, the amount of the Judgment obtained, amounting to $122,433.18 in principal, plus interest at the agreed rate of 4.500% per year from September 1, 2024. Such interest continues to accrue until the obligation is fully paid. The mortgage to be executed in the case of epigraph was established through deed number 70, granted on December 19, 2011, before Notary Leslye Llerena Reyes and is registered in Folio 104 of Volume 250 of Aguada, property number 13606, in the Property Registry of Aguadilla, second registration. The mortgage and the aforementioned promissory note were modified by means of the deed of modification and extension of mortgage number 102 granted on October 29, 2012, before Notary Alfredo Vélez López, in favor of Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. The principal was modified to $113,380.76, this amount being the minimum rate in the event of an auction, with interest at 3.750% per year and due on November 1, 2042. It is registered in the Karibe System, property 13606 of Aguada, registration 3. The deed of modification and extension of mortgage were again modified on March 28, 2024, by means of the deed of modification and extension of mortgage number 75 before Notary Javier B. Sepúlveda Rivera in favor of Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. The principal was modified to now be $123,593.30, this amount being the minimum rate in case of auction, with interest at 3.75% per year and due on March 28, 2024.
