Pursuant to the Default Judgment issued on June 29, 2022, notified and filed in the record on July 13, 2022, and published on July 19, 2022, it was determined that the plaintiff is owed the following sums: $239,895.69 in principal; interest at 2.00%, accruing monthly from June 1, 2021, until the full balance of the debt is paid; $570.22 in late fees, which continue to accrue until the balance of the debt is paid; and the sum of $24,350.00 in attorney's fees.
