Writ of Execution of Judgment dated September 12, 2022. Pursuant to the Default Judgment issued on June 29, 2022, notified and filed in the record on July 13, 2022, and published on July 19, 2022, it was determined that the plaintiff is owed the following sums: $239,895.69 in principal; interest at 2.00%, accruing monthly from June 1, 2021, until the full balance of the debt is paid; $570.22 in late fees, which continue to accrue until the balance of the debt is paid; and the sum of $24,350.00 in attorney's fees. The judgment issued in the case in question was in absentia, so in accordance with Article 3 of Law No. 184 of August 17, 2012, which entered into force on July 1, 2013, known as the "Law for Compulsory Mediation and Preservation of Your Home in Foreclosure Proceedings on a Primary Residence", the provisions thereof are not applicable to the present case.
