This auction will be held to use its proceeds to satisfy the Plaintiff, in whole or in part, as the case may be, the amount of the Judgment obtained, amounting to $18,318.83 in principal, plus interest at the agreed rate of 5.750% per year since December 1, 2015. Such interest continues to accrue until the obligation is fully paid.
